"Acquainted with the Light : Excursions through the World Within" is a body of work encapsulating the life events of the author that occurred between Febuary - July of 2013.

just like the events that inspired this release, "AWL" was abruptly cut short. what was meant to be a full-track was abandoned half way leaving us with merely a 5-track audio narrative of a journey towards the light featuring selected remixes from a dope roster of producers.

sadness itself can be a great teacher but what I've come to realize yet again is that love is infinite and love is selfless. it takes many shapes, forms and sizes. but it exists everywhere and anywhere.

"..instead of trying to visualize the light in front of your eyes, try to bring this light right into the sacred chamber of your own heart, imagine now that your heart is the source of light. . begin to feel that the rays of light coming out from your heart send light to all directions, dispersing darkness. because only light can conquer darkness. the moment you bring light into a room whether it has been dark for a week or a month or a year the moment you bring light in, you would not know how long the room was in darkness. it instantly is lit. the same it is with the light of your own heart. every human being is a carrier of light and the heart of every human being has light in it. . keep on opening and closing your eyes. . keep on with the deep breathing. . till you capture the vision of the light. . .keep it as long as you can. . "
